THE STATE ENERGY AND WATER REGULATORY COMMISSION
On the strength of clause 21, section 6, clause 30, paragraph 1, section 1, section 4, section 6 and section 7 and clause 33, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Law of the energetics (power engineering), clause 2, section 1-6 and section 8 of the Ordinance for the regulation of the prices of the electric power and the Instructions of the State energy and water regulatory commission about price formation on production and transport of electric power and about pricing of the electricity power of the electricity distribution on regulation by upper border of the income, accepted by official written statement ¹ 29/10.05.2004 and 34/02.06.2004
From 01.10.2005 with official written statement ¹ C-018 /27.09.2005 of the State commission of power and water regulation, operates new prices of the electricity power for production and social needs up to standard middle and low voltage of Electricity distribution - Stara Zagora, branch Sliven, as foolows:
